Keep the transaction slip safe and proceed by approaching the Customer Care. Visit the bank branch and if things didn't move escalate it. If still it didn;t work out, reach out to Ombudsman. In more serious cases NCDRC needs to be approached. If still it didn't get resolved then filing a legal complaint is required.
